Just in case you are wondering...

where I have been...enjoying the beautiful winter weather in Western North Carolina!! This 12 inches of snow is just the second round we have had in less than a week. We had another 12 inches Friday.

These buildings have been here at least 100 years and have seen more snow than this! 

Remember this little bench...

Can you spot it?? There it is! 

I could not even get down in front of the house to take a photo because it is too deep.

So we will definitely not be going anywhere. Even walking is too difficult because it's too deep. My poor husband. He keeps looking at the weather in Barranquitas, Puerto Rico:-) 

We went out yesterday to church then stopped to stock up on "bread and milk" because we are too far from town if we run out. 

Stay safe, warm and check on anyone around you who might need assistance in this weather! If the power stays on, I'll be able to finish getting around to visit all of you who stopped by Thursday:-)
