It has been beautiful here in Chester County, Pa. I was at a purse party today to benefit the Progeria Research Fund and then to lunch at my girlfriends. While I was gone Joe made his wonderful chili!  I thought I would share the recipe, with colder weather comiing this is a great dish for Fall and Winter. We always have "chili mac" that is just how we prefer it. Longer is fine too. It freezes very well too. We make a triple batch and freeze so we have it for a while!!!!
