An outdoor table, dinner and clouds

One night last week, I set a table outside on the deck. I just found these dishes at the grocery store and knew I wanted some for the deck. Plus they were priced right! We had chicken breasts, marinated in a mixture of 2 salad dressings. I used a little Italian and then mostly Herb and Garlic marinade from my grocery store. The flavor was DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!! The breasts were juicy, tender and so good!I just love these dishes; they are melamine but so pretty for Fall!!! Let simmer, stirring frequently until sauce thickens and bubbles.<br />Preheat oven to 425.<br />Place chicken in a lighly greased 9 by 13 pan. (I suggest lining your pan with foil as the sauce will stick to your pan and be hard to wash).  Brush the chicken with the sauce, turn over and brush the other side.<br />Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn pieces over and bake another 30 mins. (I only did 15 more mins., my thighs were done). Brush thighs with sauce every 10 mins. while cooking.<br /> ENJOY!!!!!<br /><br /><br />Poppy Sesame Vinagrette<br />4 Tbsp. sesame seeds<br />2 Tbsp. poppy seeds<br />1/2 cup olive oil<br />1/2 cup vegetable oil<br />1/2 cup white wine vinegar<br />1/2 cup cider vinegar<br />1/2 tsp. paprika<br />4 tsp. minced dried onion<br />1 tsp. dried orange peel<br />3/4 cup sugar <br />Mix all ingredients in a shaker and ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!<br /><br /><br />I hope you enjoy both of these recipes. Today, I had 2 friends over for lunch and my Joe joined us too! One of the girls hadn't seen the house yet so it was a great excuse to have a luncheon!!!! I wanted to set a FUN, but relaxed table. So, I chose to use my snowman dishes, centerpiece and accessories. The table is set with a casual red and white tablecloth that is my favorite winter tablecloth. I found them at Cracker Barrel 2 years ago. They are actually tree ornaments. It is so simple to put together. I got a rotisserie chicken from the grocery and cut it into small pieces. I mixed a can of cream of chicken soup, a can of cream of celery soup and a 1/2 cup of milk. I placed a bag of broccoli florets in the casserole dish, added the chicken, then poured the soup mixture over it all and mixed it together. Add pepper to taste. I don't add salt as the soup has salt in it. Then put shredded SHARP chedder cheese over it all and bake at 350 for about 35-40 minutes.  I make this quite alot as it is EASY and tastes delicious.
