Today, I had 2 friends over for lunch and my Joe joined us too! One of the girls hadn't seen the house yet so it was a great excuse to have a luncheon!!!! I wanted to set a FUN, but relaxed table. So, I chose to use my snowman dishes, centerpiece and accessories. The table is set with a casual red and white tablecloth that is my favorite winter tablecloth. I found them at Cracker Barrel 2 years ago. They are actually tree ornaments. It is so simple to put together. I got a rotisserie chicken from the grocery and cut it into small pieces. I mixed a can of cream of chicken soup, a can of cream of celery soup and a 1/2 cup of milk. I placed a bag of broccoli florets in the casserole dish, added the chicken, then poured the soup mixture over it all and mixed it together. Add pepper to taste. I don't add salt as the soup has salt in it. Then put shredded SHARP chedder cheese over it all and bake at 350 for about 35-40 minutes.  I make this quite alot as it is EASY and tastes delicious.
