~Easter Brunch Table!!!~

We had a wonderful Easter brunch here with our daughter and son-in-law. Just the 4 of us so we decided to just eat in the breakfast room, and not be real formal. I set up the food buffet style and we all helped ourselves! Here is the table and the food too! I used my chalk box and just added a faux chocolate bunny to what I already had.<br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEje_chHHscbg0kAepzp4lr6FnjuyI3sCZ8g8dqNQb_g1jk3jzszJGsyeAJLaT2yLmHQguN0it90c2WOhDx5AZ-dy5ts3S9r_LlLwdhYczO2l9rreeahyphenhyphenu440eJAJY2eSgrTwlUhoLL0dWM/s1600/IMG_0745.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEje_chHHscbg0kAepzp4lr6FnjuyI3sCZ8g8dqNQb_g1jk3jzszJGsyeAJLaT2yLmHQguN0it90c2WOhDx5AZ-dy5ts3S9r_LlLwdhYczO2l9rreeahyphenhyphenu440eJAJY2eSgrTwlUhoLL0dWM/s1600/IMG_0745.JPG" width="480" /></a></div> I love this box as it is so versatile! I got the faux chocolate bunny at K Mart several years ago. I bought a few sizes and am so glad I got them as I never saw them again!<br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjhW4zmSQPDBUJ_dhX_xgYhy7buzfdwg1qTTFW73JFz7n6yv1d-gBcxTcGr1wgsT9Jedx6VVcKZIiBoJVfpFt_HrpjPybc-l38LazyuloeCz3LgSA2v-NJyxt7Kk_yP2k_hyjc8wwskqTU/s1600/IMG_0746.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjhW4zmSQPDBUJ_dhX_xgYhy7buzfdwg1qTTFW73JFz7n6yv1d-gBcxTcGr1wgsT9Jedx6VVcKZIiBoJVfpFt_HrpjPybc-l38LazyuloeCz3LgSA2v-NJyxt7Kk_yP2k_hyjc8wwskqTU/s1600/IMG_0746.JPG" width="640" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg9F4C333D5q8ByCdf7W182YYZ5vK677mDtg1qeatip5z_SMoqR8mT0ACS-sPffD_ADEupVdbCjSrRbHZMisghxOcVKi4dEpzMFeiJms5MAHJLbaPYw9pzVNb-qpqacmgfouxtbBHZVv8s/s1600/IMG_0747.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg9F4C333D5q8ByCdf7W182YYZ5vK677mDtg1qeatip5z_SMoqR8mT0ACS-sPffD_ADEupVdbCjSrRbHZMisghxOcVKi4dEpzMFeiJms5MAHJLbaPYw9pzVNb-qpqacmgfouxtbBHZVv8s/s1600/IMG_0747.JPG" width="640" /></a></div> We used the small egg dishes for the fruit salad. The Big Reveal: The New Bar!!!

We had 4 couples over Friday night for a MINI opening, we plan to have a large gathering soon. This is Joe's baby; he did the design, the planning, chose the cabinets, counter, floor, installed the cabinets and did all the electric and plumbing too, installed the floor. Now this room is perfect for entertaining, a big or small crowd! The picture below is the view as you come down the stairs.<br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgnvD-lnfKWcGbPfj9LwPnPNNV-XGieMvY5nhlfIgx_KtDcdaWunRGluj4nE1z5nKlINoSR_10GNc9zH_aKiDMD3kzhI4jR5jra5EP4YiP2ocEtsmI4gLADtFQC2A8Rruk6M6NwU2YkJXc/s1600/IMG_0548.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgnvD-lnfKWcGbPfj9LwPnPNNV-XGieMvY5nhlfIgx_KtDcdaWunRGluj4nE1z5nKlINoSR_10GNc9zH_aKiDMD3kzhI4jR5jra5EP4YiP2ocEtsmI4gLADtFQC2A8Rruk6M6NwU2YkJXc/s640/IMG_0548.JPG" width="640" /></a></div> I love the barstools, the backs have a combination of tiles. Each one is a little different. <br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhpl2Z9i8uYx43mTHG3ZGgk9-qVFY4VUrsl8MPZb9W0zc6dy_P1gKeml3NMSWeYgZ5LrSicec1Ps4zQiZtsBrjAG5-Nsozrt3QqSgool5AjX4atQew_ak0P6fQWxhu2dOS1OFXq7Tw9_EU/s1600/IMG_0549.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhpl2Z9i8uYx43mTHG3ZGgk9-qVFY4VUrsl8MPZb9W0zc6dy_P1gKeml3NMSWeYgZ5LrSicec1Ps4zQiZtsBrjAG5-Nsozrt3QqSgool5AjX4atQew_ak0P6fQWxhu2dOS1OFXq7Tw9_EU/s640/IMG_0549.JPG" width="640" /></a></div> See that lantern on the right? There is a story to these lanterns. Joe's Dad was a pilot, and when he flew to Germany there was a favorite pub he frequented. He got to know the owners and when they were going to remodel he GOT THE LANTERNS!!!!!!!!!! They were at Joe's parents home for many years and now we have 2 of them. My Joe cleaned them up, repainted them and replaced the glass.
