~~~Some Changes are Going On~~~
Good Morning! I have been "under the weather" this week but still trying to keep moving. I decided that I wanted to move the bakers rack out of the breakfast room and replace it with the hutch that Joe had made me for the old house. I LOOOOVE the change!!! It FEELS much better now. This is what it looked like with the bakers rack last week.<br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjkQG7-k-qCoCrfNlwUVbA9x2AiNds7VAtMH9Tt6IhUd501oi42Ly-_C44PR4NFqjgs7Oymlc8RqQpDNlAA165EMfcrFKsLL7eZzfWQ3ncvOKEDE_eP4o1e191aEmBUYdy_Gw83mA92nLg/s1600/IMG_1673.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjkQG7-k-qCoCrfNlwUVbA9x2AiNds7VAtMH9Tt6IhUd501oi42Ly-_C44PR4NFqjgs7Oymlc8RqQpDNlAA165EMfcrFKsLL7eZzfWQ3ncvOKEDE_eP4o1e191aEmBUYdy_Gw83mA92nLg/s1600/IMG_1673.JPG" width="480" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgwoeVebeZ2JAf0HUfgrWQgg87NO972pXSB1_MJud4MGLt4LhtQYAD_tJ_NLtVVazVSabRQQvT_Mgo3Jpi5-Dr0mGnrRc6mPlH6rbmYFdtNS4l1P0nK4qn81YRZNEY1urMO_KWndxOGCgU/s1600/IMG_1678.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgwoeVebeZ2JAf0HUfgrWQgg87NO972pXSB1_MJud4MGLt4LhtQYAD_tJ_NLtVVazVSabRQQvT_Mgo3Jpi5-Dr0mGnrRc6mPlH6rbmYFdtNS4l1P0nK4qn81YRZNEY1urMO_KWndxOGCgU/s1600/IMG_1678.JPG" width="480" /></a></div> TA DA!!! It is still frigid here but today we are supposed to go up to the 20's!!! Whoo Hoo!!! I wanted to show you the "new" valance I put in the morning room with the new blinds! I have had this valance for several years but never used it. I bought it from a friend at her garage sale (along with several other goodies). I loved the neutral background and the palm tree pattern! It is perfct in the morning room.  Sorry some of the shots are dark, it was hard to get at the right angle to avoid the glare from the sun.<br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjkgD7BNgy5A23TvJPj1eu0H-AAO8xzrVsweM2__trvWSJe2X6wClV6Hhi6xpHJFw4N49TO6SzcBykMHw2RmKNvz8egTiBc8ejFqnTWvVGO_XCxiWA9X-9VWywJlMW_MCK26Oh1WWWWikg/s1600/Lamp+Switchin+Living+room,+and+new+valances+in+M.+Rm+005.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjkgD7BNgy5A23TvJPj1eu0H-AAO8xzrVsweM2__trvWSJe2X6wClV6Hhi6xpHJFw4N49TO6SzcBykMHw2RmKNvz8egTiBc8ejFqnTWvVGO_XCxiWA9X-9VWywJlMW_MCK26Oh1WWWWikg/s640/Lamp+Switchin+Living+room,+and+new+valances+in+M.+Rm+005.JPG" width="640" /></a></div> It is a kinda heavy fabric and I love the beads hanging from the hem. Today is my hubby's birthday! I am finally ready to reveal my new kitchen. As I said before, the kitchen, morning room and great room are all one big space. So here we go. This picture above is the cooktop wall. The piece behind the cooktop is made of iron so safe to be behind the stove. Below we are going to the right and starting to look toward the great room.<br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgpoNPV3hQm-qHrCNeUQ4qSXgYPAwuyWkvEWKjPS1OxFUpYPPhLYcedVZzT9UTG_E7ipWqsJwnpH5yirjLesi1ZDuQUvLhVA-m8ksLssNV1ZGLG8V7xYoiVldUDJ1ID869f5IfR-NeoLsPZ/s1600/10-20-12+012.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgpoNPV3hQm-qHrCNeUQ4qSXgYPAwuyWkvEWKjPS1OxFUpYPPhLYcedVZzT9UTG_E7ipWqsJwnpH5yirjLesi1ZDuQUvLhVA-m8ksLssNV1ZGLG8V7xYoiVldUDJ1ID869f5IfR-NeoLsPZ/s640/10-20-12+012.JPG" width="640" /></a></div> Continuing to the right is the sink and breakfast bar. We are looking into the great room. I LOOOOOVE this open space!<br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjoUfBvk-sAbJgCqjKxhNMQkOSVlprcs1b0PzBDw_b0RbklBj6csZuo4ZWkGZe4kpgI1kGJf8FbJIKynDBIY2ExgvwZMNTueI5tjLzz0TQK8aawnBktkVbIBBu2ioXOfW-SDRXdzk2FgYCx/s1600/10-20-12+013.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjoUfBvk-sAbJgCqjKxhNMQkOSVlprcs1b0PzBDw_b0RbklBj6csZuo4ZWkGZe4kpgI1kGJf8FbJIKynDBIY2ExgvwZMNTueI5tjLzz0TQK8aawnBktkVbIBBu2ioXOfW-SDRXdzk2FgYCx/s640/10-20-12+013.JPG" width="640" /></a></div> Joe and I sit here for some meals but the TV is too small so sometimes we eat at the table too.
